Description:
The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for executing processes to ensure efficient and effective completion of construction projects and delivery of company buildings and associated equipment from contract bids through construction completion.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Construction team with obtaining, uploading, and organizing construction documents, drawings, photos, permits, change orders and construction schedules into various company databases.
  • Collect, process and upload project information from General Contractors, Building Manufactures, Venders, and Equipment installers.
  • Assist in the preparation of and collection of bid documents and quotes.
  • Daily and weekly gathering and update project schedules, key milestone dates and project closeout information.
  • Coordinate with construction and accounting teams to track change order requests, invoicing and accurate payment
  • Take initiative to proactively problem solve and innovate processes
  • Track and report on critical deliverables and GC or vender performance metrics
  • Communicate with City Officials, Utility providers, State Officials to obtain various permit information, utilities, and other SIR materials
  • Update tracking software to allow visibility for team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or sufficient experience
  • At least 1-year of project coordination experience with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities
  • Excellent Computer skills with focus on proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Smartsheet experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, and confident) with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
  • Detail oriented problem-solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, prioritize demands and develop alternative solutions when necessary to meet timelines
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent teamwork skills to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business associates and customers
  • Some travel will be required
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certified 
This is a full-time, salaried position.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience & qualifications for the position.
